Concierge Services
As a member of our concierge team you have a varied range of responsibilities: At the front desk and at the switchboard you are first contact for our guests and for external service providers. Furthermore you provide services to external and internal recipients, this being our clients, our guests, and our employees. In this function you are “first face to the customer”.
You will be responsible for preparing and providing services during meetings in our meeting rooms, including catering services. You will be responsible for the coordination of all necessary supply processes and for the sufficient provision of the reception area, kitchens, pantry, service areas and lounge. Furthermore, you will support the concierge team leader by rendering traditional concierge services for clients such as secretary work, travel booking, ticketing, carrying out research and carrying messages.
Ideally, you have undergone professional training in the service sector, preferably in the hotel industry. Professional experience in the upmarket hotel industry or hospitality sector is preferable but not required. You must have a great affinity with an upmarket clientèle and experience in dealing with and rendering services for demanding customers. You are characterised by your willingness to provide a service combined with a high resilience. You have a positive attitude, perfect manners, a well-maintained appearance and an eloquent, friendly demeanour. You also have good MS Office and English skills.
